The Pathway to Preservation Project

The Pathway to Preservation Project is a combined effort of the Nooksack Salmon Enhancement Association and the industrial designers at Architectural Elements. The project objective is to restore a 2-acre wetland into an education trail featuring native flora. This trail will include a metal footbridge that allows pedestrians to cross the site and gives NSEA the ability to host instructional gatherings, without disturbing the sensitive wetland below. This area will serve as a demonstration site, inspiring & educating community members and land-developers on how to restore and access wetlands without jeopardizing these delicate ecosystems.

Support from donors like you is integral to this project’s success. Join us in bridging the gap between access and preservation.
